Problem raith SNF 2012-11-19 17:17:13: exchanged unit and board swaps did not effect repairs

swapped more boards from new to old; old to new 
checked and vefified the motor I/O pulse calibration settings
In further testing the gremlin went away and I desire users to test while I am at lunch to see if the gremlin returned 
everything test out OK on my end for this moment in time
