Message-ID: <3DDBBF96.5CF405E7@snf.stanford.edu> Greetings, The Raith is up and available to qualified users. As many of you have not had recent practice using the system due to the downtime the last two months, I encourage you to ask questions, farm the experience that has developed within the Raith Champion users, and work with me to bring this system back to full 24-7 utilization. I am available to work with you on your project by appointment. Yours, James Conway E-beam Technology Group Stanford Nanofabrication Facility. Message-ID: Yesterday night, I tried a dose test on Raith. I wrote an array of 10 samples with doses varying from 50uC to 320uC. To my surprise, after developing I did not get any structures at all. I just could see the area that I used for writefield alignment, and the one for focusing etc., but no real structures. Does anyone had any succesful writes, or any structures recently? I try to find out if there was a problem with the PMMA or anything else.
