We are replacing aperatures, making measurements on the system addressing several outstanding PM issues I wish to resolve. We will be baking out the column over the weekend hence NO ACCESS to system. Mid to Late next week RAITH USA Field Service staff will arrive here at SNF and we will be performing a number measurements on the system over a several day period. Do not expect access to the system during the day time hours 9 AM - 6 PM next week. There may be access to the system evenings and overnight. Please adjust your RAITH reservations and process plans accordingly. We apologize for the delay and interruption to your project plans. Message-ID: <3E94C77A.817157F@snf.stanford.edu> Greetings: Initial test of a 2X2 matrix of the demo pattern showed good stitching between both Write Field to Write Field borders and chip to chip borders. We will be doing some stitch and overlay evaluation patterns in the morning to gain more post-PM LEO aperture replacement data. Additionally we are not observing the magnitude of changes in the Zoom U, V values when measuring several positions across a 12 X 12 mm chip as we have been observing before the PM. The values are nearly the same for all positions measured. More measurements to follow -- stay tuned... RAITH USA will be here next Tuesday afternoon, WED. and Thursday to continue magnetic measurements on our stage here at SNF. Thank you for your support! The ELPHY module is acting up and won't actually do any corrections when I tried to do write field alignment. The numbers get punched in, but the alignment doesn't get better. Also, Raith software crashed, and upon reload the software halted on loading EEMELP5.DLL.
