Kai-Mei or the next RAITH system users,

Running a job with proximity correction that seems to be running a bit 
faster than the calculated time.
I expect it to be finished about 8:00 but it may be much sooner.

They are very thin quartz substrates and handle similar to lapped GaAS 
like in back metal wafer depositions.
Please remove them carefully and place into the 100 mm wafer box on the 
Si wafer inside.

Call me if you get worried, or need any help at all.  Mark Selker is 
willing to come in and unload if you don't wish to touch them.
