I will be troubleshooting this issue this evening, returning to the 100 
um Write Field size I am accustomed to.
Has any one made an changes, or attempted to make any changes, to 
default parameters on the system while I was a way on vacation?

Three times now in the last tenb days, I have had problems picking up targets during WF target acquisition for OVERLAY writes.  Measured offsets of these acquisition site do not correspond with any normal offset postion values.
Users are requested to report to this list if they are experiencing similar problems.
