Raith free from now to 8pm

Hello Fellow Raith Users,
 
    I observed some mis-alignment in my previous e-beam and hence will not
be able to use my reservation today. I have removed my reservation on Coral.
Could the next user please unload James's wafer from the system and then
start their write?
