Raith pumping problem

It seems there is something wrong with the turbo pump again.  As I  
tried to load the sample, it cannot move over the first step and the  
system warns the vacuum in the stage chamber is not ready.

I have already tried to manually pump and call James for help.  
Hopefully, James can figure it out.
