It is a MicroChem Corp manufacturers resist evaluation lot that I have used for several experiments in the recent past and it has been fully characterized. Dose to clear is 100 - 115 ?C/cm**2 Its performance is exactly the same as the other batch of 2% 950K PMMA in anisole we normally stock in the Ebeam lab. I will also bring in a new bottle of the previous batch we have stocked in the lab that was used up over the weekend. I also tried load/unload procedures and I had no problem, although the turbo is pretty hot now, probably from continuous spinning for a long time. Users can now continue to use raith with extra care in the load/unload processes. Please call James or me if you have any problems. If you zoom in, it grows to fill the whole viewing area. The spot goes away if I change the acceleration voltage, but is always present for an acceleration voltage of 10 KV (the aperture size doesn't matter). I am not comfortable doing an exposure with this spot in the image, so I am cancelling my session and releasing the reservation (which was till midnight tonight). Salman. It has the updated virus files as of 10/20/2008 .... about 9 days ago. The instructions of how to run this .... they recommend running it in "SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT" with the network disconnected .... can be found here: http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/13251.html I've left the CD containing the SAV32CLI executable and the 10/20/2008 virus detection files along with a printed copy of the above instructions on your desk chair.
