Problem raith SNF 2009-04-20 22:06:30: Raith Load locked

Good morning to Everyone:

Sanaka-san and I will be going into the lab to clear out this Load Lock 
error at about 9 AM ands we should be up shortly.
Anyone could have called me last night and we could have brought the 
system back up sooner.
