Genisys proximity effect software

Hi All,

I have a trial copy of Genisys proximity effect correction 
software.  This software will correct patterns for the Raith.  James 
may have mentioned that if you have a challenging pattern you would 
like me to try to prepare for the Raith, I would be happy to give it 
a try.  You can then expose the corrected pattern and see if you get 
better results than without correction.
