Vacuum in stage chamber is not ready

When I start the "load sample" procedure, there is a pop up error message "Vacuum in stage chamber is not ready, press Ok when ready"
I can not begin the loading.

Hi everyone,

I put a note on coral earlier, but this is another report of the water 
flow failing on and off for the last hour. The system can probably load, 
but will not run very long.
