We will be performing a full system qualification and testing of the RAITH 150 sub-systems after Raith Field Service hands off the tool back to me about 10 AM Wednesday January 5th until approximately 6 PM. RAITH CHAMPIONS ONLY will be allowed access to the tool between 6 PM through 10 AM Thursday January 6th, 2011. Persons interested in assisting us in qualifying the system or doing test writes of your patterns on the system should see me during my office hours to get your work on the schedule during this blocked out time. I will then modify my reservations in your name. It is expected you will promptly report your EBL results to aid in our system evaluation. What is a RAITH Champion? Raith Champions are your expert Super Users and act as docents on the RAITH system. They are individuals whom have significant experience on the tool, have obtained consistent EBL results, and have indicated that they are willing to work with new Users and other academic groups in collaborative efforts together.
