System back up after robot arm error overnight...

  Checked the system and found an accumulation of incremental errors 
resulted in a T robot arm positioning error exceeding 0.106 mm which 
resulted in a SW setting trip causing the halt to protect the LIStage 
and system.


System has been checked out and is again ready for users.
