Load lock error

Thanks yiyang. Problem solved.
Whenever the arm is transferred out, T stopped at 1.015mm, then the error pops up.
James helped me walk through it. It turns out the arm is already in position, just click through and follow the instructions would be ok, no need to even drive the joystick.

If you hit "retry", and then use your hands to hold down the load lock door, it might work. Otherwise (like if you hit "cancel", which you should not do), call James. His phone number is on the front of any of the Raith notebooks.
