Soogine and Raith Users: Seeing that the loadlock problem has been cleared, but the tool is still in shutdown, I've cleared that shutdown in hopes that there will be productive use of the tool tonight. If anyone finds that the loadlock hangs or does not work properly, they will have to once again shutdown the tool. Happy patterning, John
