Load lock issue

I also encountered the load lock error "it is not possible to drive to upper exchange position" during unload like the previous user. I think there is a hardware problem with the Y motor. I kept pressing retry until the exchange position was reached. Please be advised you may not be able to unload your sample. I am going to leave it yellow-lighted. System is free now.
