I was going to bring out a new bottle but found a new bottle in the refrigerator that is 75% FULL. While it expires in June 11 it should still be good and appears fine on quick inspection. Others have been using it with no problems. Please let me know if this is the source bottle you are referring to. 5000 rpm should give you about 250 to 275 nm thickness... I took out of the lab the very old expired bottle from before that had mysteriously ' reappeared in the lab'. Users are asked to allow the bottle 30 minutes to warm to room temperature before opening the ZEP-520A to avoid condensing water vapor inside the source bottle. Then promptly replace in the resist refrigerator... Please handle this delicate polymeric material with care!
