Message-ID: <4F4D0DFE.10405@snf.stanford.edu> Greetings: Just a heads up that last evening at 11 PM I spent over an hour on the phone supporting a user on the raith tool that was having difficulty focusing and setting stigmation on the tool. He indicated the lens was not responsive and did not change when he translated the mouse. Did any other users have problems on the tool? I will be working on the tool this afternoon and will thoroughly test the SEM package. RSVP James From jwc at snf.stanford.edu Wed Feb 29 15:20:56 2012 From: jwc at snf.stanford.edu (James W.
