Prefer 20 - 100 Angstroms Ti or Cr with 200 - 500 A Au or Ag  under 500

1. 10 kV 60 um Aperture is about 1 nA.  Increases slightly as you come 
up in Acceleration voltage too.  Steps increase too but so does speed.  
See me for more details from my notes on writing large area gratings...

2. If you insert the exposure parameters it will calculate the times well.

3. Just worry about the U-V.

This is very strange and I have not seen this issue.   Are you sure your 
didn't just see a shift on the target acquisition due to working area of 
the specific patterns?
Please see FAQ No 5 for a procedure to adjust a position list to pick up 
targets for Automatic WF ALIGNMENT... its inside the FAQ notebook and 
attached herein...

Was this resolved in the reset?

Others care to report any and all problems encountered during your 
sessions. if you are having problems picking up targets for overlay 
please see me and make a session appointment.

Greetings Raith Users of ZEP520:

There are two sources of ZEP for the ebeam lab users:
There is 1:1 diluted ZEPA to Anisole in the refrigerator.  3 kprm should 
give you 100 nm.
There is the normal dilution of ZEP520A (in Anisole) and there was some 
supply left of the ZEP-520A in the bottle on Thursday evening when I 
checked it.

'Good to the Last Drop" as they say.

I am restocking a new bottle of the undiluted ZEP520A just now into the 
clean room.

Good Evening Raith Community,

RAITH 150 VERSION 6 SERVICE PACK 5 JUST INSTALLED -- PLEASE REPORT ANY
PROBLEMS OR ISSUES.

This included several bug fixes reported by various Users on this and other
RAITH tools.

I am asking ALL USERS to log into the paper notebook and report any issues
encountered to this list and CC JWC at snf.stanford.edu

I am also asking Users to report in the logbook and this email list if you
encounter External Scan Control errors as you start your patterning jobs.
If you see this it will appear at white and black lines scrolling along the
SMARTSEM FPD screen and the image will not be blanked and you will not be
writing your patterns correctly.  if on inspection you see little bars and
spaces that is the result in EBL writing.
If you could be so kind as to also not the last sequence of operations or
task you just completed it may be useful to assist us at identify the
problem.

While this SW SP may correct the External Scan Control switching problem
RAITH is coming in soon, possibly next week to switch out a scan card to
test the problem.  what makes this difficult to ID is that this is an
intermittent problem for most users.

Finally the system and particulary the FE-Gun emission brightness and spot
size are in an optimal state with a 10 kv beam waist of less than 1.4 nm
and < 1 nm at 25 kV!
If you are not getting exactly the pattern CD or alignments you expect
please see me during any offfice hour and also report to this list.

I have brought into the SNF lab a new bottle of this resist from the 
same batch lot.  Everyone please finish up the last of the old 
bottle(#1)  before opening the new one (#2).
