Anyone doing thin metal using the Innotec or another evaporator this week.

I need thin metallization on several test wafers I have made last week 
for my dual layer negative tone metal liftoff process.
Prefer 20 - 100 Angstroms Ti or Cr with 200 - 500 A Au or Ag  under 500 
Angstroms total stack height.

I will do the lift off.  Anyone in Innotec this week?
