Greetings Raith Users of ZEP520:

There are two sources of ZEP for the ebeam lab users:
There is 1:1 diluted ZEPA to Anisole in the refrigerator.  3 kprm should 
give you 100 nm.
There is the normal dilution of ZEP520A (in Anisole) and there was some 
supply left of the ZEP-520A in the bottle on Thursday evening when I 
checked it.

'Good to the Last Drop" as they say.

I am restocking a new bottle of the undiluted ZEP520A just now into the 
clean room.
