Problem savannah SNF 2011-01-21 08:56:25: heater 9 connection issue

heater 9 (center substrate heater) continues to have trouble although the problem reported by cursive cannot be duplicated.  we have a work around temporarily if you have urgent deposition needs.  the issue has been isolated to the connector, which we hope to fix 1.21.2011.
