Problem savannah SNF 2012-08-06 20:52:55: The coral led is not turning on

The recipe seems to start but the "on" LED doesn't turn on after enabling. In addition, for some reason the floor near the savannah is very slippery. Just wondering if somebody spilled an oil around here.
