the fiji systems passed the vigilant and critical eye of our county fire
marshall's office yesterday. many thanks go to ted berg and john shott who
dealt with inspection for nearly the entire day (it also covered upgrades to
the TGO and some things concerning the new RTAs and the future PECVD
in a word: hurrah.
the next step is the acceptance test from cambridge nanotech. this is being
scheduled but will occur after the avs-ald 2011 conference...hopefully very
quickly thereafter. we will bleed into july but the progress is coming fast
and furious now.
