Comment sem4160 SNF 2008-05-02 11:39:38: rehomed XY stage after a problem unloading

For unknown reason the XY stage lost its calibration and we were unable to screw into the hole to perform extraction of the stage sample holder.  Vented main chamber, removed sample holder, pumped down again, rehomed stage and tested -- now seems OK.
All Users requested to contact either jwc or ted Berg if issuews arise.
