SEM4160 SYSTEM POWER WAS SHUT DOWN UPON ARRIVING IN THE LAB AT 2 PM.
RESTARTED VACUUM SYSTEM,TURBO PUMPS AND ION PUMPS CAME BACK ON LINE.    FE-GUN IS NOW BACK UP.
USABLE BY USERS AT THIS TIME
