I started a full scan at ~4:30 pm on 05/15, but couldn't stick around for it to finish. If you are next on the tool, please clean any viruses found. If you run into any issues with Sophos, please let me know. I placed the chuck/stage very gently, so it can't be due to that. I tried moving the stage back and forth to eliminate the image movement.
