For the last few weeks the load lock (SEC) chamber pump on pumping down after loading a sample does not reach the normal base pressure in any amount of reasonable time frame. Now it seems the pumping speed is getting slower and slower. base pressure is now about 8 Pa when it should scream down to ~ 1-2 Pa within ten minutes. Recommend that we check out the mechanical pu,p fluid level and oil change interval and consider replacing the door oring to the SEC chamber. RSVP what you think...
