Comment sem4160 SNF 2010-04-19 15:22:28: Vibration isolation pads fully deflated

We4 experienced larger than normal vibration signatures during operations at normal magnification in the lab today. Further inspection revealed that the lower vibration isolation pads that support the entire assembly are no longer inflated above the pressure necessary to lift the platform up.  Needed is compressed N2 or air with a shrader type valve to inflate the pads for normal operation.
