I might be wrong, but I think there is a slight smell like natural gas (methane) inside the SEM/raith room.

Allen bldg facilities were contacted and requeeted to check the drain P trap water flush.  smell is not present at this time... resolved for CORAL

There is a strong smell like natural gas in the SEM room and a less strong smell all around the litho area. Other users could smell that too. I reported the problem a few days ago as well.

strong smell in all the litho area, and guess it comes from the ebeam area, because there is stronger smell than any other places.
