Does anyone know what to do when SEC vaccum does not reach HIGH?

Hi all,

I am trying to use SEM4160 and SEC vaccum does not go to HIGH state.
As the instruction says, I have wiped O-ring in case of leaking but it is
still not pumping down after 10,20min.

Does this happen to anyone and let me know what to do?
