Carbon dot for SME4160

We have Conductive Carbon Tabs in the stock room and I will also bring 
in another sheet this afternoon.  Note you can re-use the dots on the 
stage over and over many times.  They remove by gently scraping off with 
a Teflon coated tweezer and by a little IPA on a wiper.
