Dear Mary and Mahnaz,
I attached a paper on Ag-Ge-Se photodiffusion for your kind attention.
In this paper, the wafer is illuminated for 5 min with a light intensity
of 4 mW/cm2 using a
Karl Suss Mask Aligner model MJB 3 with a broadband (405 nm) source, to
photodissolve the silver into the chalcogenide film. Since our KarlSuss2
(CI2 = 405nm, 30mw/cm2) has higher power density, I think I might first
try 5-15 min illumination.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
-zheng
