Hi John --
The waste will be collected locally, as he's etching InP. The Hbr and
nitric are diluted by 30X and reacted by the time he uses it. He'll
provide an exact procedure for our reference, but apparently, the mixture
is stable. If he's collecting localy, it won't be mixed with anything
else.
