SpecMat Members,

I've updated the log sheet with the notes I took today.  Please review them 
for correctness and / or dropped items.  Please let me know if there are 
any concerns.

Question, who is responsible for responding to the users and who should be 
on the distribution list (process staff)?

I will respond to Zheng Wang concerning this week's ZnCdS deposition in the 
Metallica.
