New materials request - MgO, Barium Zirconate

Dear SpecMat committee,

Attached are several documents detailing a request to introduce Magnesium
Oxide (MgO), and Barium Zirconate into SNF.

The documents are as follows:

     1) MgO Plan_June 24.doc: this is an outline of the project,
                              process flow, contact info, etc.

     2) MgO_MDS.doc

     3) BYZ_MDS.pdf: MDS for barium zirconate

     4) MgO_reference.doc: A reference paper detailing past results for
                           etching MgO

I have discussed the process and reviewed the above documents with Mary
Tang.
