SpecMat Logsheet, Aug. 29, 2006

All,

No specmat meeting this week.  The request received during the past 
couple of weeks were either quick yes's or no's.  I have left these 
request visible in the worksheet.

The only open item we have is regarding qualification of the IBM 
sputter system as a semi-clean tool.  I sent Rohit an email today 
describing approaches to qualifying the system and invited him to 
give a presentation on the tool at the Sept. 12th meeting.
