Working with ammonium sulfide and/or Thioacetamide

Dear all,

we would like to use following two chemicals for surface passivation of GaAs
wafers:
1- ammonium sulfide. Formula: (NH4)2Sx
2- Thioacetamide. Formula:CH3CSNH2 or TAM

Mary told us that SNF does not have them as regular chemicals. However, we
are wondering whether any other lab user has these materials. If nobody has
one then we would like to get a small bottle for each. And, we are wondering
whether we can use them in the cleanroom.
