Hi Mahnaz,
Please find attached MSDS data for AZ400T. Our process is as follow:
1. PMGI coating
2. Standard i-line or g-line (SNF available)resist coating
3. exposure
4. develop in MIF or MIB(SNF available)
5. metalization
6. liftoff by acetone and then AZ400T(Need to be approved).
Because clean surface is crucial for our devices. We have data show our PMGI/AZ400T process works. So I really want to use process.
Please let me know if AZ400T is qulified or NOT and how I handle the AZ400T.
