Negative photo resist

Hello,

 

I'd like to get permission to use negative photo resist, Futurrex NP9-1500P.
MSDS is attached.

Also attached is brochure of the product.

 

Uija/Uli, please advice which manual spin coater should be used.   I assume
that it should be headway2.   If it were headway2, do I need to get separate
training or already permitted to use as I completed all-litho and
web-general, etc.
