monolayers on silicon pieces

Hi,

I would like to use the Woollam ellipsometer to characterize organic monolayers on silicon pieces.  Should I submit chemical information (MSDS's/process or run sheets?) on the different molecules that would be on the silicon?

It should be monolayer thickness ~8-10A.  I checked with Ed Myers and Woollam and the tool should be able to measure this.
