Hello All,

Please find attached a request to use polyethylene and polystyrene in the MRC chamber. Please find attached a reference to a paper on etching MgF2 with methane. Please find attached a statement on the purity of the plastics to be used. The plastic pieces will be cleaned in hydrochloric acid and acetone and placed in Ziploc bags before coming to Stanford.

Best regards, Gary Poovey PhD
