Gd Deposition

Hello everyone,

I am in the need to make carbon nanotube transistors with NFET characteristics. 
One of our competitors have shown that Gd (Gadolinium) deposition for contacts provides NEFT characteristics.

I am wandering if I can have this capability for Innotec.
