MgO and etchant

Hi Specmat,
     As part of my continuing research I would like to bring a new 
material into the SNF, it is a Magnesium Oxide ceramic (MgO2), an MSDS 
for the solid ceramic and for the powder form is attached.  (I will only 
be using the solid, but that MSDS is lacking detail)

    The intention is to etch it with Hydrochloric acid (HCl) or 
Phosphoric Acid (H3PO4) at wetbench general.
