From mahnaz at stanford.edu Fri Feb 10 08:53:19 2012 From: mahnaz at stanford.edu (Mahnaz Mansourpour) Date: Fri, 10 Feb 2012 08:53:19 -0800 Subject: Cupric sulfate Message-ID: <4F354B7F.9030401@stanford.edu> Dear Paul and Matt, This is to inform you that your access to the SNF clean-room is being suspended for 30 days starting the first day we are reopen following our renovation shut-down. This suspension is in response to the incident at the end of last year in which you violated SNF policy by bring cupric sulfate powder into the fab. Should you be open to community service, the suspension time might be reduced. With the reopening of the fab, we do have a need for helping hands to clean numerous tools, obviously. If you have an interest in helping, please contact me about scheduling a time early next week to supporting cleaning our wet bench stations. regards Mahnaz From mahnaz at stanford.edu Sun Feb 12 19:33:25 2012 From: mahnaz at stanford.edu (Mahnaz Mansourpour) Date: Sun, 12 Feb 2012 19:33:25 -0800 Subject: Cupric sulfate In-Reply-To: References: <4F354B7F.9030401@stanford.edu> Message-ID: <4F388485.1070502@stanford.edu> Hi Paul, I suggested the meeting in case you have any questions or concerns that you like to discuss with us. I will let Matt know what days are good for help as with facility issues and limitation of decontamination of wet benches we have some constraint. Most likely will be Wednesday if nothing else comes up. mahnaz On 2/10/2012 12:48 PM, Paul Brink wrote: > Hello Mahnaz > > Blas is away in Europe for the month of February but Matt& I are available for a meeting beforehand. > > I am not available Feb22nd to Feb 24th, Matt should add his constraints but other than that we can work around yours. > > I will also attend the faculty meeting next Thursday Feb 16th so I can also meet you before or afterwards. > > Paul > > On Feb 10, 2012, at 8:53 AM, Mahnaz Mansourpour wrote: > >> Dear Paul and Matt, >> >> This is to inform you that your access to the SNF clean-room is being suspended for 30 days starting the first day we are reopen following our renovation shut-down. As with any transported chemical, just please make sure your containers are labeled with the contents and your name and contact info. This would include the secondary container. By the way, the SpecMat emails are currently filtered -- I think it's set up so that only if the originating email address is snf.stanford.edu or an email that your snf email forwards to, then it's posted. Otherwise, it's rejected. We should work on another way to submit requests. Thanks, Mary On 2/22/2012 1:57 PM, Scott Lee wrote: > + John Bumgarner > > On Wed, Feb 22, 2012 at 1:50 PM, Kimberly L.
