I am a lab member and want to purchase a few boron doped p-type 4 or 6 inch 
100 wafers.  I want ~10 each 0.5 ohm-cm, 5 ohm-cm and ~50 ohm-cm 
wafers.  Do you have any or all of these in stock and what would they cost 
per wafer.
