I need 4" ,<100> wafers, and I need them to be somewhat thinner than normal, 200 microns, and I need them to be polished on both sides. Do you have any suggestions for what companies I might contact to get a reasonable price? I'm writing because the SNF website indicated you might have some suggestions, or may have access to special agreements with substrate companies.
