silicon wafer purchase

Hi,  I recently joined SNF lab and got an active Coral account.

 

I'd like to purchase silicon wafers with a thick SiO2 thermal oxide layer (5
to 10 microns: thicker if possible). 

Do you have them in the stockroom I can use? 

 

Dopant material and orientation don't matter, but you may consider the
following information.  

 

Diameter:                 4"

Type:                      P-Type

Thickness:                500-700 microns

Quantity:                 10-30 wafers
