Shutdown stresstest 2004-01-19 11:50:30: Detector cannot detect the laser beam

Error message: Detector cannot detect the laser beam.
The equipment was enabled and laser was turned on. I turned the laser on twice and it was confirmed (a message on the status bar) that  it is on.
