Restarted the hardware and selected a recipe the pump was sounding rough (trying to pump the room down). Shut hardware off to be safe. But he left Rod guard in the wrong place w/o letting me know. So when I close the lid, it got stuck. He said sorry at that time, and remove the Rod guard. But That lid can not be closed completely anymore. And now he was trying to put the responsibility on my head. No way!!! The guard hold is not necessary. If you feel comfortable using it remember to remove it. Most users aren't using it.so they won't be aware to remove it.
